I have completed all MBA modules through Management College of South Africa and need to do my dissertation. My topic is around Work Life Balance: Determine your balance as an Expatriate. The layout for my dissertation should be as follows:
Harvard method of referencing
Chapter 1: Introduction
Chapter 2: Literature Review / Secondary Researh (Ten pages)
Chapter 3: Research Method (At least hundred respondents, quantitative)
Chapter 4: Statement of Findings and Analysis of Data
Chapter 5: Discussion of Findings and Linking to Literature Review
Chapter 6: Conclusions and Recommendations
Biobliography (Seventy to eighty sources)
Content of Annexures
Steps that I need to follow:
1. Topic
2. What is the management problem?
3. What is the purpose of the study and what do I hope to achieve?
4. Aim
5. Objectives
6. State my target population and sample size
7. Submit the above before the topic can be approved and writing the proposal
8. Proof of the Research instrument must be available and all collected data must be presented to the exam board
MANCOSA do have specific guidelines.
Total dissertation between fourty to fifty pages.
