- The next step is to apply the law to the particular issue at hand. This is where your knowledge and understanding of the law is put to test. You need to explain your thought process clearly so that your reader understands how the law is applicable in this case.
- Add a conclusion that summarizes the position taken and that also answers the question.
- Steps 3 to 6 should be repeated until all issues noted down in step 2 are covered.
