Chat was clear, tracker wasn't
The person on chat was polite and clarified what file they needed before work started. My only annoyance was the tracking screen. It displayed one unchanged line even after support told me the order had advanced. The final file arrived correctly, but the mismatch made the process feel less settled than it should have.

The first edit removed most of the repetition and the parts I actually liked alone. I requested one more change because a sentence still sounded awkward next to the paragraph around it. That fix worked, although waiting several hours for such a tiny revision felt a bit disproportionate to the request.
