The global survey by Earnst &Young has demonstrated that less than half of the respondents trust their employers (Haak). Therefore, the HR initiatives should be designed to improve the mutual understanding between the workers and their company managers. It is also worth creating individual development and assessment programs rather than group ones to understand the profile of the employee better.
Despite the spread of automatization and artificial intelligence, humans remain the driving force of many industries. The HR departments work to bridge the gap between the needs of the company and the availability of a skillful workforce to meet them. Moreover, the activities of the HR departments cannot be underestimated because they guide employees on the way to successful performance. Individual success is the building block of organizational success.
